After over 20 years of working in the insurance industry, it is easy to become jaded about potential job offers from unknown recruiters. I found myself in this condition about 30 days ago. To my pleasant surprise, Derek Trevino with Genesis anticipated my concerns, and didn’t waste my time. This was my first time ever working with a recruiting service and Amani and his team were incredible throughout the process. In July 2022, the account I was working for was up for termination.
