Challenges
One the biggest challenges facing the Company was the very low candidate pool as the roles were highly niched. Many of the sales roles filled as well were difficult as these individuals worked in the field so scheduling interviews were difficult for the Company. Lastly, the Company did not have competitive pay for the sales positions especially compared to many of their competitors.
Solutions
Our team developed a more strategic and streamlined process with direct communication between hiring authorities and internal recruitment that allowed for better, more competitive job offers. We expanded their candidate pool to include personnel that could easily transition to specific, niched roles by assisting in the development of better recruitment marketing and onboarding.
Specific Achievements
- 118 Jobs Filled in first contract year. 101 Jobs filled in six months of the second contract year.
- Developed a recruitment partnership designed to put processes in place for the Company to ultimately eliminate third-party recruitment efforts.
- Improved time to fill by over 45 days.
- Incorporated an agreement with the client to handle the candidate “cradle to grave” with access to their ATS.
- Created, developed, and implemented a full life-cycle in-house recruitment team as part of our program to successfully build out a company's own Recruitment and Engagement Program.
