This project included a rapid ramp-up due to the agency landing a major public sector account and needed hundreds of claims professionals within a few months. Not only was there a quick turnaround for recruitment and hiring, but there were also some of the following challenges during the recruitment process:

  • Candidates wanted a fully remote work schedule due to poor commuting conditions across Southern California
  • High than budgeted salary expectations
  • Covid-19 vaccination mandate
  • Niche skill sets required (Labor law and industry certification requirements)

Solutions

Our Marketing Team was highly involved in the entire recruitment process in order to attract talent. We held an onsite job fair that was heavily advertised through YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media for over a month. We helped other claims professionals whose companies recently lost their accounts further their careers through our own research on their companies. Lastly, we negotiated and consulted on salary expectations and helped instruct our partner into a profitable direction to retain their personnel.
